Training Development
Training Development includes conducting training needs assessment, developing overall curriculum, developing training classes & course materials, analyze training effectiveness and implement corrective measures to address the performance gaps.
The training needs analysis is the first critical stage in the training cycle, followed by design, presentation and evaluation. There are many aspects to the training needs analysis, but the essential activity involves the determination of what is exactly required to complete the work activity, determination of the existing skill levels of the staff completing the work, and also the determination of the training gap. All these diverse activities are performed by the Trainnig Development.
