Chemical Engineers
Chemical engineering is the branch of engineering which deals with the application of physical science, particularly chemistry & physics, and mathematics to the process of converting the raw materials or chemicals into more useful or valuable forms.
Besides producing useful materials, chemical engineering is also concerned with pioneering valuable new materials and techniques, which is an important form of research and development.
Chemical engineering extensively involves the design and maintenance of various chemical processes for large-scale manufacture. Chemical engineers are generally employed under the title of process engineer. They also work in healthcare, biotechnology, and business services. Chemical engineers utilize the principles of chemistry, physics, mathematics, and mechanical and electrical engineering.
